Hi! I’m Emerald, a southern New Hampshire mom, wife, budget chief, and creator of www.livingweird.com. I hold a bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in finance. Aside from that, I love to write, and it has been a consistent and enjoyable pastime, hence, this blog! I write as a way to share my life experiences and how they continue to shape me and how I show up in the world.
How Did I Get Here?
I started my motherhood journey as a single mom and eventually met my Husband when my oldest was 18 months old. This space was created as an outlet to document and process my motherhood journey and the self-work I did to move on, but it has been sustained by much more. I am a huge proponent of self-accountability and growth, and I write to share my life experiences, which have been used as a catalyst to garner wisdom, truth, and power.
Sharing my story (and other things) as it continues to unfold serves as a way for me to live my purpose authentically and unapologetically, and my hope is that others are inspired to Journey forward regardless of what life throws their way.
